Lamb Orders from Stillwater Farm (through Oct. 25)

stillman farmsWe are excited to offer cuts of lamb from Stillwater Farm in Boston, NY. Jay and Margaret Braymiller raise Southdown sheep known for its meaty, lean, flavorful and less “gamey” taste.

The lamb is raised outdoors with at-will access to run-in sheds. The sheep are primarily raised on grass and grass hay. When supplemental grain is necessary to ensure proper growth and health, local grain is fed.

Boneless  leg – $19.99/lb. (approx.  3-4   lbs)
Bone-in leg – $18.99/lb.  ( approx. 3-4   lbs)
Frenched rack – $25.99/lb.  (approx. 1-1.5  lbs)
Loin chop – $15.99/lb.   (approx. .75  lbs)
Shoulder steak – $15.99/ lb.    (approx. .75-1.25   lbs)
Ground – $13.50/lb.  (approx. 1 lb)
Shank – $12.99/lb.  ( approx. .75 lbs)

The deadline for ordering is Saturday, October 25. The frozen lamb orders will be available at Farmers & Artisans for pick-up on Wednesday, October 29th after 11:00 am. Call or email your order.
