This European style sweet cream butter is slow churned and finished at a low level of moisture, resulting in a delicious butter produced by Kriemhild Dairy Farm in Hamilton, NY (Central NY). It is made throughout the growing season while cows graze on high quality pastures, eating a nutritious mix of grasses. No other ingredients are added other than cream from grass fed milk and salt (except for the unsalted). There are no trans fats in this natural butter, and since the butter is made with milk from grass fed cows, it has a higher level of omega 3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA’s), the good fats that our body needs.
