This Week’s Seafood Order: Acadian Redfish – Palmer Island, MA (order by Feb. 9)

A perfect fish for Valentine’s weekend. We’ve had great feedback on the fresh caught Acadian Redfish. It is caught off of Palmer Island, MA. Redfish have a very light fillet, with a tight flake and nice texture. They cook quickly and are great for fish tacos.
